I specialise in driving commercial growth, sector development and strategic partnerships across large-scale international events in the disaster resilience, emergency management and urban sustainability sectors.At Fortem International, I support the planning, sales strategy and execution of the Disasters Expo USA and Resilient City Expo, working closely with industry leaders, public-sector agencies and innovative solution providers. My role centres on identifying emerging market demand, building partnerships with senior decision-makers, and creating platforms where high-value B2B and B2G connections take place.I work across marketing, commercial development and stakeholder engagement to ensure each event delivers measurable value for exhibitors, sponsors and attending organisations. This includes helping companies position their solutions, aligning them with government and industry needs, and coordinating with cross-functional teams to deliver cohesive, high-impact campaigns.More recently, I have taken on additional project management responsibility alongside business development, leading the concept-to-launch development of new expo zones within Disaster Expo USA. This involves coordinating web, design, marketing, floor plan and stakeholder groups to deliver new show propositions, assets, and partnership and speaker activity ahead of the October 2026 event.Previously, I completed a first-class honours degree in Business Management and Economics, which provides the analytical foundation behind my approach to market mapping, revenue optimisation and strategic growth.Alongside my core role, I focus heavily on learning and applying AI, automation, app and web development to improve how teams and businesses work.
