I love to innovate, strategize, simplify, solve hurdles, develop teams, and lead by example. All this contributes to my number one goal which is to supply food-safe and superior-quality food products to humans. To accomplish this, I focus on delivering key outcomes, building amazing teams, and quickly adapting to new learnings. I have enjoyed several senior positions throughout my career in both the supplier and retail space. In these positions, I shared the responsibility of food safety, food quality, product development, stakeholder management, innovation, and so forth.
