I lead one of the largest regions of BC2M (spanning 14 states and 65+ sites) where I bring order to chaos, build systems that last, and infuse every initiative with connection and purpose. I designed and launched a new multi-point enrollment system that drove record regional growth and spearhead our annual NYC Youth Mental Health Summit, crafting an atmosphere of energy, joy, and belonging that’s become the standard for other regions. I piloted the Teen Task Force initiative, revamped a core element of our digital infrastructure for seamless collaboration, and co-developed national training and partnership materials that elevate how we engage schools and partners. From securing grants that boosted regional funding by 90% to shaping creative assets used nationwide, my work centers on empowering youth, teams, and communities to lead with authenticity and impact.
