This role is at the intersection of housing and healthcare systems. I develop community partnerships and strategic systems infrastructure to support vulnerable unhoused communities and bridge the gap in our Travis County safety net.More specifically, my role involves- Managing large-scale healthcare and housing integration initiatives (PSH Healthcare Collaborative, At Home Initiative) through scope development, risk analysis, budget creation, stakeholder engagement, and project coordination- Creating and strengthening healthcare and wellness partnerships through intentional linkages into the HRS- Leading the development of Austin’s first comprehensive report on unhoused mortality, weaving data and shared stories from our community, to inform service delivery and eliminate preventable early mortality- Promoting strategic and innovative programming across health and housing systems to bridge gaps in service delivery by bringing together partners, resources, and funding to achieve cross-system goals- Bolstering team success through creative generation of supportive materials, such as the development of the novel PIT Count training tool that enhanced volunteer engagement and centered on lived expertise
