Work closely with business leadership and Talent Centers of Excellence to enhance the employee experience and help our talent to do their best work- Lead and develop a high-performing team of People Experience Partners across Canada, ensuring consistent delivery of HR services and strategic support- Act as local delivery experts of JLL’s global HR strategy, ensuring that local policies and practices are in line with the Global HR strategy- Proactively anticipate opportunities or issues and develop innovative solutions to address the opportunities at the root cause with intention to arrive at sustainable solutions- Enable an exceptional employee experience during moments that matter throughout the employee lifecycle- Contribute towards a culture of inclusion which celebrates our employee diversity and promotes employee belonging- Lead and participate in just-in-time projects impacting business results- Manage various degrees of employee relations situations and performance management in partnership with JLL’s Employee Relations team, act as expert in Canadian legislation- Provide consultation to business stakeholders through coaching, training, and advisory support- Cultivate strong meaningful relationships with both local employees and People Partners to build trust as their primary touchpoint- Execute on HR tasks by driving efficiencies in the employee life cycle – using touchpoints and hand offs to other People Solutions and Experience stakeholders- Develop and implement regional HR strategies aligned with business objectives and global HR initiatives- Foster collaboration and knowledge sharing among PXPs across different provinces and territories- Serve as a key liaison between the Canadian HR team and Account HR leadership, ensuring effective communication and alignment
