   As an On Campus Recruiting Intern, I supported the KU Football recruiting department in delivering a memorable experience for prospective student athletes and their families. My role focused on visit coordination, hospitality, and gameday operations to help showcase the program’s culture, values, and opportunities.Key Responsibilities- Coordinated all aspects of on-campus recruiting visits scheduling, hospitality, compliance paperwork, itineraries, and gameday integration to ensure a smooth and professional experience- Managed logistics for official and unofficial visits, including transportation, facility access, campus tours, and event flow- Led facility and campus tours, providing engaging and informative presentations that highlighted KU Football’s resources, academic support, and culture- Executed gameday recruiting operations, including pregame activities, setup, decorations, personalized name tags, and guest check-in- Collaborated with the recruiting staff to build meaningful relationships with prospective athletes and their families while effectively communicating the program’s mission and values- Supported the creation and preparation of recruiting materials that showcased KU Football’s culture, vision, and opportunities- Helped maintain a welcoming, organized, and memorable environment for recruits, families, and guests during all recruiting events.
