Oversee the creation, execution, and delivery of comprehensive academic content at Shawsheen Technical High School, encompassing English Language Education, coteaching, Title 1 initiatives and MCAS.• Directly manage and evaluate 55 academic teaching professionals, overseeing the successful delivery of a Massachusetts Common-Core Aligned curriculum within an accelerated timeline.• Collaborate closely with key stakeholders, including the Vocational Director, Student Services Director, Principal, and Technology Director to strategically plan and implement the school\'s mission and core values.• Oversee district’s Concurrent Enrollment program, MCAS remediation efforts, ELL and SEI programs, Title 1 initiatives, school wide professional development, coteaching, seal of biliteracy, summer school, and professional learning communities.• Develop and manage capital and operating budgets for all academic programs (~$6.5 million).• Recruit, hire, and develop highly qualified educators and ensure continuous professional development of staff• Pioneered the establishment of an English Language Education program within a single year, implementing interpretation and translation services, ELL classes, and SEI instruction, all while ensuring district compliance through state-mandated guidelines.• Innovatively created and implemented whole school Professional Learning Communities (PLCs), standardizing practices across academic and vocational programs, and delivered comprehensive professional development initiatives to support this transformative effort.• Successfully introduced coteaching methodologies at Shawsheen, progressively expanding the program to achieve full inclusivity in grades 9- 12 by school year 20••••25.• Supported in the successful transition to a 1:1 technology model, restructured the MCAS remediation program, implemented whole-school title 1 services, and expanded Concurrent Enrollment and online course options for students.
