Mr. Farishta is a Vice President at San Blas Securities, where he advises growth and middle-market companies on M&A and capital formation, including venture rounds, traditional debt and equity financings, convertibles, and private placements across healthcare, technology, clean-tech, energy, and commercial real estate. Formerly of Wells Fargo Securities, he brings broad capital markets experience, having closed transactions across multiple asset classes including hospitality, data centers, homebuilding, industrial, and multifamily, with a background spanning term loans, unsecured corporate debt facilities, and equity placements.
