ABOUT DANIAL FARISHTA
Mr. Farishta is a Vice President at San Blas Securities, where he advises growth and middle-market companies on M&A and capital formation, including venture rounds, traditional debt and equity financings, convertibles, and private placements across healthcare, technology, clean-tech, energy, and commercial real estate. Formerly of Wells Fargo Securities, he brings broad capital markets experience, having closed transactions across multiple asset classes including hospitality, data centers, homebuilding, industrial, and multifamily, with a background spanning term loans, unsecured corporate debt facilities, and equity placements. In addition to his institutional banking experience, Danial founded a stealth venture focused on sustainable real estate investing and previously served in an executive role at an early-stage technology startup, bringing an entrepreneurial and operational perspective to his advisory work.Danial earned a bachelor’s degree in Economics from the University of California, Berkeley, and is currently pursuing a Master of Science in Financial Economics at Johns Hopkins University.
