ABOUT DANIAL RASHEED

I am an experienced SAP SuccessFactors certified solution lead, specializing in Employee Central (EC), Recruiting Management (RCM), Recruiting Marketing (RMK), Onboarding 2.0, Performance and Goal Management (PMGM), and Learning Management System (LMS). Currently I serve as SuccessFactors team lead in a digital and technology team in SSP Group where I focus on implementation of SF solution across 38 countries, collaborating with stakeholders, data gathering for system enhancement, design and configure new solutions, plan and implement new releases of SF, resolve daily ongoing incident/tickets, conduct trainings, Keep workbooks & KBAs up to date and taking full ownership of SuccessFactors product support. With experience in leading end-to-end implementation and configuration of SuccessFactors module in diverse environments (ranging from 500 to employees across 1-50 countries) in all stages of project life cycle, I’ve honed my ability to manage multiple projects and BAU activities simultaneously, ensuring on-time delivery and client satisfaction.During my 9 years of experience in HRIT/HRIS domain; Change Management, fulfilling stakeholders’ requirements, understanding, and transforming HR processes on SuccessFactors platform, support businesses by providing and configuring SAAS solutions and upcoming challenges have always played a key role in successfully completing projects and BAU Tasks. I have also delivered multiple training courses on EC, LMS, PMGM, RCM, Onb2.0, and enable now modules to organizations such as UK Food Travels, UK Government Councils, UK Airport Group, fertilizer, manufacturing, mining, and power corporation. I have also been a part of vendor selection process and system Upgrades.
