As part of a team of 4, responsible for overall financial management of the companies $250 million infrastructure technology (IT) Book of Work- Responsible for 3 Direct Reports - Selected by Division VP to serve as a Member of the 2021 Financial Transformation Initiative known as Fit for Growth. Was part of multiple work streams including Dashboard Creation, Automation, and overall Governance- Development of Financial Modeling for budgeting, forecasting, trending and results analysis- Review invoicing and support for IT contract to ensure accuracy and compliance with contract terms- Research and recommend strategies for cost reduction or value improvement within IT contracts- Assist as needed with IT Governance, audits or other ad-hoc requests.
