   As Secretary and primary Alumni Liaison, I serve as the central hub for chapter communications, bridging the gap between undergraduate operations and our professional alumni network. Beyond maintaining official records and ensuring organizational compliance, I lead outreach initiatives designed to foster long-term engagement and donor relations. My role requires a high degree of professional discretion and the ability to manage multifaceted stakeholder interests to maintain the chapter\'s reputation and legacy.Also serving as Assistant Treasurer, I exercised rigorous financial oversight by managing the chapter’s social budget and ensuring fiscal accountability for all large-scale events. A key component of this role involved the drafting and execution of Letters of Agreement (LOA) and vendor contracts, where I mitigated chapter liability and secured favorable terms for services. By balancing these administrative and financial responsibilities, I have played a pivotal role in the operational stability and strategic growth of the Eta Beta Chapter.
