Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our users’ needs, market opportunities, latest technology advancements, and business objectives - In collaboration with all stakeholders, define a roadmap and prioritize features based on business impact and need - Communicate progress of project with clients - Conduct quantitative and qualitative research through surveys and user/stakeholder interviews - Communicate requirements for the appropriate teams and help unblock tickets - Partner with the design team members to develop a cohesive user experience and brand message across all user touch points - Ensure an appropriate, integrated experience across every platform (iOS, Android, web)- Collaborate with engineering team to plan, scope, define and test new features, according to cost and timeline goals - Write acceptance criteria for both design and engineering tasks
