About Dani Rock

I began traveling at a very young age, both domestically and internationally. I was immediately captured by experiencing and learning about other cultures and their vibrant histories. As an art student, I continued to channel that passion visually. I learned to think outside the box and take a different approach to traditional techniques. When I discovered that I wasn’t fulfilled with my life as an artist, I went back to my original passion for travel and hospitality. I did not know much about hotels when I first started in operations, but that quickly changed. I had the opportunity to work with incredible leaders who taught me that it’s about more than just numbers. It’s all centered around creating experiences and lasting memories for every traveler that walks through the door. Having worked in operations, sales, and revenue management, while also sitting on several committees for guest experience and team engagement, I have developed a well-rounded outlook on the full guest experience. I continue to use everything that I have learned over the years and as a Revenue Director, I focus on getting to know our clients and their needs to create custom strategies. I spend my days: • diving into traveler and market trends to see how they are impacting us • developing and executing innovative strategies for sustained financial growth and guest satisfaction Away from work, I continue to travel often seeking new adventures and experiences. You can find me on a beach in the sun, trekking through a forest, or having fun in the snow. My time away from the office allows me to experience life as the traveler that I work to serve, and bring new ideas to the table.
