   Leads the environmental and regulatory strategy for a large-scale Expansion project, ensuring it meets all COEM (Contractor OE Management) and government approvals for Final Investment Decision (FID).**Key Responsibilities include providing technical guidance on a wide range of environmental regulations and permits, collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to ensure project compliance.I guide project teams and contractors on environmental considerations throughout the project lifecycle, while managing environmental risks associated with the project, ensuring alignment with COEM standards.Serve as a focal point for environmental matters, liaising with internal teams (e.g, Chevron Technical Center) and external regulatory bodies (e.g, Ministry of Environment, Ministry of Environmental Protection), and oversee environmental aspects of the project, including providing input to design contractors, updating risk management plans, and ensuring compliance with environmental management and monitoring plans. I also contribute to the development and implementation of Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) assurance programs, aligning environmental components with project phases.
