Manages RTD’s Language Access Program (a core component of the Title VI Program), overseeing implementation and leading cross-departmental collaboration to complete dozens of projects, including establishing processes, developing resources, and organizing public outreach– Ensures compliance with federal Title VI regulations and RTD’s internal nondiscrimination policies, providing oversight for agency and subrecipient services and programs through policy analysis and monitoring– Prepares and presents key reports, such as the Four Factor Analysis, Service and Fare Equity Analyses, Service Performance Monitoring reports, and ad-hoc equity assessments, delivering insights to RTD leadership, staff, and external stakeholders– Develops and administers RFPs and consultant contracts to produce video projects, procure staff handbooks, and conduct community engagement– Serves on the project management team for the Bus Stop Infrastructure Accessibility Assessment, supporting RFP development, consultant oversight, and milestone tracking to ensure project success– Designs and coordinates public engagement activities, such as focus groups and surveys, to gather feedback from community members on the agency\'s services and programs– Collaborates with Legal, Service Planning, Market Research, Customer Care, Transportation, and other work groups as needed to resolve equity issues in the organization’s policy, procedure, and practices– Supervised Civil Rights Intern in research and program development
