I’m a breath educator and healthcare professional in training, with a strong background in business and leadership. Before entering healthcare, I founded and operated two successful businesses, including Breath Guidance (which I continue to run) and The Collective St. Pete, which I sold. Those experiences shaped how I work: high accountability, systems thinking, disciplined execution, calm under pressure, and reliable follow-through.I’m now completing formal Respiratory Therapy education while working hands-on in clinical environments. I’m comfortable starting at the ground level, learning fast, and earning trust through consistency and work ethic. My goal is to work in advanced cardiopulmonary settings and grow into roles that require precision, adaptability, collaboration across teams, and continuous improvement.In parallel, I enjoy working within Breath Guidance, offering breath assessments, trainings and Certifications. I\'m particularly driven towards research initiatives in breath education and supporting evidence-based breathing techniques, with integration into clinical settings.
