I am a Certified Professional Coach, leadership advisor, and organizational development professional with more than 40 years of experience developing leaders, strengthening organizations, and guiding successful growth and transition.My career spans executive leadership, organizational management, business development, and professional coaching across nonprofit and private business environments.
