Director of Global Design Partnerships @Nest

View department →

I build values-aligned partnerships at the intersection of craft, commerce, and impact. With a background in storytelling and brand development, I bring a creative, strategic lens to partnership building—helping mission-driven brands and institutions unlock the deeper value of their engagement with artisan and handworker economies. I translate complex systems into clear, compelling narratives and proposals that move relationships forward, blending marketing sensibility with operational understanding. At my core, I’m a connector—of people, ideas, and values—working to create thoughtful collaborations that honor craft, drive equity, and deliver real-world impact.

ABOUT DANI ROCHES

I’m a designer and strategist passionate about building a Circular Future through products, partnerships, and concepts that last. My background blends a decade of apparel design and knitwear specialization with leadership in global partnerships, product strategy, and circular innovation.I’m fascinated by the psychology of consumer culture - the small rituals and patterns that bring people joy - and I love translating those insights into products and collaborations that feel both timely and enduring. From founding Picnicwear, a circular brand featured in Teen Vogue and WGSN, to leading partnerships with Stanley 1913, Anthropologie, SUPREME, Violette FR and more at Nest, I’ve always been driven to connect creativity with impact. To whatever I am tasked with, I bring visionary thinking, entrepreneurial drive and operational rigor, grounded in a belief that sustainability isn’t a constraint, it’s an innovation opportunity for a creative revolution. At the heart of my work, and in the most simple of words: Future Vintage over future garbage.
