About Dani Beale

I have a love of learning, teaching, and being a catalyst for positive change within organizations. I am interested and passionate about Diversity and Inclusion initiatives, and have developed expertise in helping organizations learn to maximize their people assets through creating an open, inclusive environment. I believe that through creating an inclusive environment and developing cultural awareness and knowledge, organizations can learn to improve both their relationships with their own people as well as the marketplace. My goal would be to continue this important work through a position within an HR organization, either in training, traditional HR, or recruiting- specifically recruiting for a more diverse workforce.
