I am a Business Psychologist (CPsychol, AFBPsS, HCPC Registered) with extensive experience in leading the creation and implementation of innovative product solutions and technology to help organisations with their talent management goals. Over my career, I have led cross-disciplinary product teams (R&D, product & training consultants, software developers and marketers) and have been an executive board member for two business psychology consultancies. I am passionate about designing scientific, evidence-based solutions which deliver tangible business benefits and utilise technology to maximise their effectiveness, efficiency and user experience.I have experience of developing a wide range of technology-enabled talent assessment and development product solutions. These solutions include personality and emotional intelligence questionnaires, a smartphone app to sustain and embed learning, situational judgement tests, online work simulations, volume hire processes, competency and leadership frameworks, cognitive ability tests, interview guide generators, 360 feedback questionnaires and job profiling tools. I also regularly conduct thought leadership research and present applied scientific research at psychology and HR conferences. My current main research focus is on leadership and employee motivation.
