I am a seasoned craftsman who turns ideas and dreams into projects and realities. With over 20 years of experience in real estate development, construction and remodeling, I have the competency to fulfill a wide range of the industry\'s needs. I started H2I, a.k.a. Hetrick\'s Home Improvement, in 2002 to fill the gap between quality and cost in residential remodeling. The belief and vision I pursued was to deliver the highest quality product I could afford. Building trust and collaboration with customers is the foundation of my success. Prior to incorporating H2I, my entrepreneurial spirit led me to pursue self employment as Handy Man Dan, servicing that rapidly growing industry sector. I took that time to get certified in Construction Management from Colorado State University. I continue to remodel homes while I invest in an MBA from CSU. I hope to combine my ambition and talent to further develop a system of real estate renovation of impeccable stature and welcome anyone of interest to inquire.
