I am a Senior Project Manager and have overseen all aspects of organizational leadership including both short and long-term strategic planning, fiscal management of up to $50M budgets, oversight of multibillion-dollar program portfolios, guiding human resources and planning the logistics/supply chain requirements of organizations possessing over technicians. I excel at complex problem solving and have learned to leverage cross-functional teams to accomplish goals where failure was simply not an option.My expertise has been in organizational optimization in whatever team I am placed in to. The end goal is utilizing resource management and skilled talent placement to leave a process, an organization and/or a team better than where I found them. I have been able to accomplish this at several locations given my ability to analyze processes, identify root cause, recommend improvements and nurture organizational change throughout the entire process. As I prepare to conclude my successful career in the United States Air Force in July of 2025, I am looking to continue contributing my leadership skills to solve high-level problems and manage critical programs.
