I manage a corporate owned John L Scott office in Bend Oregon with over 60 brokers. We recently (2015) moved our entire office to a new location in the storied Box Factory formerly know as the Old Mill Marketplace in the Old Mill area of Bend. Since taking over I have grown the office from approximately 50 brokers to over 60 and have implemented several education programs for our brokers, established our company as a digital marketing leader and increased sales by around 10% to over 450 units sold in 2015.
