I\'m a commercial HR person with experience in all areas of People (People Business Partnering, People Operations, Talent Acquisition, Talent Development).I\'m at my best when I have a difficult problem to solve and can contribute directly to the success of a business, I am as comfortable with a P&L as I am with engagement survey data.I particularly enjoy helping organisations through periods of change - growing, becoming more efficient, or a new strategic direction. I build strong trusted relationships with my stakeholders, mostly because I am curious about how business works and avoid traditional HR approaches.I am not currently looking to purchase forex, crypto currency, update a PSL, attend a webinar, speak at a webinar or have a call about something else you want to sell me.
