The FS FP & A Expense team is the central expense management team within FS Finance that provides FA support for the consolidation and allocation of expenses across all of the FS departments. We coordinate between the expense FAs supporting each FS LOB (Navigator Platform, Dealer, Refi, Servicing) and work on all expense related stories for FS overall with deep analysis around headcount and expense trends, efficiencies, and strategic investments. We also directly support the FS Tech and Data organization, providing guidance to the FS CIO and partnering with TEC Finance.
