ABOUT DAN GREENCORN

With over seven years of software development experience, I am driven by creating user-centric solutions that deliver real value and satisfaction to customers. I have a strong background in user experience design, requirements gathering, and peer mentoring, and I enjoy collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality products. As a senior software developer at Kaloom, I have leveraged my skills and expertise to design and develop an interactive way to visualize a graph, bringing clarity to network status and connectivity across network layers. At Learning Bird, I\'ve defined scalable cloud resources (in code; AWS CloudFormation) for media processing and serving, and developed a fast Master-Master database sync process for sharing data between our cloud infrastructure and disconnected (occasionally connected) remote systems.I focus on delivering incremental value while testing assumptions along the way. I use user-testing and analytics data to identify where we\'ve missed the mark on what we intended to be increased value, and use the findings in order to plan for more improvements or to change course when necessary. Day-to-day, I live by the agile principles and practices, and love to coach my peers and superiors on how to focus on living the values as opposed to \"doing the rituals\" so as a team we can reach our full agile potential. I also have two scrum certifications, PSM I and PSPO I, to show my knowledge and commitment to living by the agile principles and practices.
