ABOUT DAN GARCIA

I am an energy infrastructure attorney helping developers, utilities, and investors navigate the full spectrum of traditional and renewable power development. My practice spans oil and gas pipeline projects, solar and renewable infrastructure, and state utility regulation, with deep experience guiding clients through PHMSA, PUC, and multi-state permitting frameworks.I also advise on the rapidly growing intersection of energy and technology; particularly strategies to power AI and hyperscale data centers. This includes large-load interconnection planning, behind-the-meter generation, grid impact analysis, and regulatory pathways that balance speed-to-market with long-term reliability. On the deal side, I support energy-sector transactions through focused M&A due diligence for infrastructure assets ranging from pipeline systems and storage facilities to utility-scale solar portfolios and next-generation digital-industrial energy projects. My goal is to provide clear, strategic counsel that helps clients move projects forward, manage regulatory risk, and capitalize on the opportunities shaping America’s evolving energy future.
