I founded Scaledforce to solve one of the biggest challenges facing Canadian businesses today: attracting and retaining top talent without draining cash flow. Too often, founders are forced to choose between paying premiums for local hires for tactical/non-strategic roles or sacrificing growth because of limited resources. I built Scaledforce to change that.Our model connects Canadian businesses with the top 1% of offshore professionals, rigorously vetted for skills, culture, and performance. Through a proven 3-step process, we deliver a shortlist of candidates by Week 2 and have clients onboarding a productive team member by Week 3. Beyond placement, we provide ongoing support and accountability to ensure long-term ROI — a critical gap in traditional outsourcing models.Today, Scaledforce helps founders scale profitably by reducing staffing costs by 50–80% while maintaining (and often improving) the quality of output. We’ve created a model that not only solves an immediate hiring problem but also unlocks the ability for Canadian businesses to reinvest time and capital back into growth.

I’m a solution driven technology sales professional with over a decade of experience driving new revenue, managing complex sales cycles and partnering with leaders through business transformation initiatives. Previously, I built my first e-commerce company Monet Brands together with my co-founder (and wife) to over $5M in revenue and a successful exit.
