ABOUT DANELLE KRUGER
With experience in various Human Resource Management positions over the past 16 years, I’m looking for a new challenge to hone my skills in the Human Resource realm. During my 6 year term as HR Business Partner at a global enterprise, I was asked to focus on tailored business solutions for various subsidiaries. This enabled me to deliver solutions that aligned to organisational strategy by applying a variety of my skills into the HR practice. Multiple successes were achieved by taking ownership of deliverables, from inception to operationalizing of the solutions. Notably I’ve implemented quantitative methods (example time in motions studies), requirements gathering (example workshops) and stakeholder engagements (both SME and consulting engagements) to benefit the HR practice, while advising on organisational HR goals and objectives.
