Cultivate and steward a regional portfolio of approximately 95 health system account relationships across the states of Arizona, Colorado, Montana, Nevada, New Mexico, Utah, and Wyoming, with an emphasis on systems with the greatest potential to affect improvement of health outcomes and equity related to Alzheimer’s disease and related dementias (ADRD)Use a consultative sales approach to engage with health system key decision makers and champions to achieve the Alzheimer\'s Association\'s aims to improve ADRD risk reduction, timely diagnosis, care, and equitable access to treatment through the adoption of effective clinical practicesProvide consultation services to health systems, including expert guidance and technical support, on the implementation of ADRD clinical best practice guidelines, increase health system awareness of the crisis in dementia care and its impact on their business, and advise health systems on evidence-based, person-centered care models, to help them improve care through changes in policy, protocol, and workflowSecure health system commitments to analysis of their current state of dementia care and opportunities for improvement by assessing a health system’s readiness, capacity, budget, needs, interests, and utilize this data to guide solutionsEmpower community partners including public, private, community-based, advocacy, and/or volunteer organizations to address gaps in the continuum of dementia care through involvement in policy, ADRD state plan activities, and education by convening these stakeholders and providing data-driven tools to address health disparitiesLead health system account teams with other staff nationwide at the Association, to maximize account engagement in the full mission of the Association including strategic plan development, achieving revenue goals, grant management, training, and overall indirect management across multiple departments
