At LMI, I serve as a Project Manager and Help Desk Lead for the Tiberius Program Management Office (PMO), supporting the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) and its Administration for Strategic Preparedness and Response (ASPR). I lead initiatives that strengthen PMO operations, drive data-informed decision-making, and ensure strategic alignment across public health preparedness efforts. My work includes helping to establish governance structures like a Change Control Board and Steering Committee, and working with system developers to create tools/ resources to enhance team coordination and knowledge sharing.Since the PMO’s transition to ASPR, my work has been focused on rebuilding its operational foundation by aligning technical teams with federal leadership and prioritizing transparency, I help ensure that our program runs efficiently, adapts effectively, and delivers meaningful results in support of national health security.
