As a Head of the PaaS team I needed to manage a team of Platform Engineers that maintain our OpenShift and K8s clusters and the infrastructure below. Along my main responsibilities were to define the architectural evolution of the services that we provide as a PaaS team for the 450 projects that run in all of our clusters (1600 microservices in production environment), and as well the migration of the platform (Mainly OpenShift) to the newer versions of the products. Work with service providers as RedHat, NetApp and Amazon AWS to design and implement new solutions and support the service. Provide insights of the KPI and metrics for the capacity planning and define possible growth strategies in terms of capacity or technology.

Hi, I am an IT System Engineer. This is a brief introduction to my skills and a portrait of my professional career. I love the IT sciences since always, this passion comes from when I was a Kid and my father bring to home my first 8086 PC. The memories from those years, learning LOGO and using BASIC commands are the reason that I become an IT System engineer.
