Building SLO-driven alerting, distributed tracing with OpenTelemetry, and centralized log aggregation across multi-region deployments. Experience with incident management workflows and runbook automation.Software Engineering - Developing scripts and microservices in Python, Node, and Bash. Also IaC using Terraform, Pulumi, and CloudFormation. Proficient with event-driven architecturesusing SQS, SNS, EventBridge, and Kafka. API design (REST, GraphQL), automated testing strategies, and managing mono-repos with Turborepo or Nx.
