He is also credited with the post-acquisition integration of the 5 LFM manufacturing plants. As a strategic leader, Dan leads organizations with a common-sense approach to maintaining operational standards through systems, processes, and protocols that save time, reduce costs, and improve efficiencies. He is known for establishing team synergies and enabling unsurpassed customer value, a low-cost footprint, advantageous partnerships, and tight production benchmarks. Through strategic initiatives, he improved revenues and market share while running large-scale complex operations. As a thought leader and start-up business operations leader, Dan has completed 3 greenfield construction and operational start-up expansions from 2012 to 2018 within timelines, budgets, and as per specifications.
