For over 8 years, I’ve been immersed in the world of logistics and e-commerce technology. My job, and frankly, my passion, is helping Mid-Market and SMB customers find powerful new ways to run their businesses. I focus on understanding their current tech stack to unlock massive synergies using our software, which translates directly into two things: saving significant money on labor and carrier spend, and providing them with clean, actionable data to finally bring clarity to complex operational headaches.I currently do this at Auctane, where we process over 3 billion orders for 3 million+ customers globally, representing $200B+ in annual transactions. I\'ve personally had the chance to help hundreds of merchants scale up using our software.What truly energizes me, though, is the customer journey. I love hearing the origin stories of small businesses. Watching a merchant who started shipping five packages a day out of their garage scale up to multiple national warehouses using our platform at every stage of their growth.
