I lead high-impact delivery and organisational growth, ensuring the success of all engagements within our business unit. My focus is split between driving high-quality delivery and helping to shape a thriving, autonomous organisation that enables teams to perform at their best.On the delivery side, I ensure strategic alignment, governance, and execution excellence across a multi-million pound portfolio, embedding transparency, agile best practices and risk mitigation to avoid watermelon projects. I work closely with clients to build trust through no-surprise outcomes, proactive issue resolution, and continuous feedback loops.On the organisational side, I focus on creating an environment where people and teams can thrive. I drive capability-building, coaching, and leadership development, ensuring teams have the right tools, training, and frameworks to become high-performing as quickly as possible. I play a key role in scaling our business unit, contributing to strategic planning, talent growth, and cultural initiatives that make BJSS Birmingham and Milton Keynes one of the best places to work.Ultimately, I ensure that both our people and our projects succeed—by balancing technical excellence, client relationships, and a culture of autonomy, ownership, and delivery discipline.
