With over 15 years of experience spanning research and development, culinary innovation, and cross-functional leadership, I specialize in creating and launching premium products that drive growth, strengthen brands, and delight customers.Previously, I was the Senior Director of R&D Innovation at Dessert Holdings / The Original Cakerie, I lead innovation and R&D delivering annual growth targets through successful product launches. I excel in leveraging consumer insights, market trends, and cross-functional collaboration to develop groundbreaking solutions. My contributions extend beyond product development—I\'ve played a pivotal role in acquisitions, uniting four large operating companies into a cohesive organization and introducing tools that accelerate innovation.Prior to this, my roles at Kraft Heinz and other leading organizations gave me hands-on experience in culinary innovation, customer engagement, and operational excellence.
