Joining the Search & Staffing team at Baker Tilly has been such a rewarding experience for me. I love feeling connected to the greater Janesville/Beloit community, and I get to do that by helping accounting and finance professionals land their next career opportunities. My number one goal as a recruiter is to genuinely understand my candidates’ and clients’ problems, goals, needs, and wants – from there, I get to solve their problems by matching top talent with unique projects and positions. I’m in the business of being an expert matchmaker, and I love the thrill of solving complex puzzles all while helping people along the way.In February 2020, Baker Tilly Search & Staffing was named one of ClearlyRated’s Best of Staffing® Talent Diamond Award winners after winning the Best of Staffing Talent Award for seven consecutive years.
