Specific responsibilities and achievements include-Migrated employees from Jamf server to Jamf Cloud to Kandji-Built and maintained MDM solutions-Assisted on roll-out and administration of Freshservice-Became an Okta Certified Professional-Developed proficiency in Atlassian Cloud Administration-Monitored, maintained, and patched the Cisco Meraki Networks-Assisted in Onboarding automations (Okta, Kandji, Atlassian, Freshservice, and Bettercloud)-Supported SOC2 audit-Created automated onboarding experience for Mac-Built-out and automated Zoom Rooms’ creation-Participated in migration of acquired company into our systems-Provide documentation and communications for employees around IT initiatives-Evaluate technical needs on a rolling basis to determine solutions across departments.
