Responsible for the \"ground up\" build of Home and Community Care\'s Bangalore-based Quality Assurance team. Onboarding plan built and delivered in-person, successful alignment with Kansas City based engineering to create a 24 hour development cycle that increases speed to market through Agile development principals.I have managed the devleopment of over 100 client facing features and many more architectural improvements. Many stand out as important representations of what my goals are as a leader of engineering and product teams. With that said, I provide a recent example that I believe encompasses my goal to deliver measurable value to patients, clients and corporate outcomes alike.I recently led development efforts in the replacement of our product\'s big data connector with faster and more cost efficient capabilities via AWS. Outcome not only improves data push speeds to our client-facing platform in Salesforce Health Cloud (HealtheCRM) by 75% which allows for our clients to have the most up to date information related to their patients in Contact Centers and for Marketing outreach, but it also decreases ETL costs by an average of 80% per month. A noticeable improvement to bottom line effectiveness within our product.Client outcome is extremely important to me. Feature focus is something that has become a responsibility that I am passionate about. It has allowed me to build strong client relationships through beta validation partnerships, leading to strong feature outcomes and a growth in client engagement.
