I support the Digital Channels in improving the client experience through self-service delivery channels online banking, mobile banking and payments. My responsibilities include assisting with the implementation of medium and large-scale changes to Digital Channels products and services, refining user stories and bugs, providing new product/service demonstrations, and performing data analysis. I work closely with resources across the bank and WaFd Bank\'s innovation lab, Archway Software Developemt, to ensure user stories are ready to be handed off to the development team. Additionally, I create or update desk procedures, policies, and business processes related to Digital Channels projects and enhancements, perform User Acceptance Testing, and spearhead smaller Digital Channels tasks with limited supervision. I also provide regular status reporting and presentations to the bank\'s Executive Project Management Organization.\\\\n \\\\n\\\\n \\\\n \\\\n\\\\n \\\\n
