Driving the firmwide strategic adoption of Artificial Intelligence, with a focus on regulatory alignment, risk governance, and cross-functional implementation under the Chief Analytics Office.As part of the Strategic AI Governance & Enablement team, I lead initiatives within the regulatory pillar to ensure compliance, readiness, and responsible AI deployment across global jurisdictions. My responsibilities include- Managing AI regulatory change management, identifying, assessing, and coordinating firmwide initiatives to ensure compliance with emerging AI regulations and standards- Acting as a central liaison between Legal, Compliance, and impacted Lines of Business, while coordinating cross-regional alignment with stakeholders across APAC, LATAM, and EMEA to operationalize new AI regulatory requirements- Supporting the implementation of global AI regulations, including the South Korea AI Basic Act, Vietnam AI Act, and Peru AI Act- Coordinating AI-related components of regulatory surveys and supervisory responses with global and regional regulators (e.g, ECB, EU NCAs, and various central banks)- Contributing to the definition and rollout of the firm’s Trustworthy AI Framework, aligning governance principles with evolving international standards- Participating in strategic working groups focused on the regulatory adoption of frameworks such as the EU AI Act and Colorado AI Act- Leading the identification, assessment, and escalation of prohibited AI activities across Lines of Business and Corporate Functions.

ABOUT FABIO DANDREA
Graduated in Economics from Bocconi University, with international academic experiences in Italy and India. After an internship at the United Nations, I began my career at UniCredit Bank in 2015. In 2020, I became Manager in Financial Risks within the Global Risk Advisory team at Deloitte. From 2021 to 2023, I led audit engagements across Corporate and Investment Banking and Risk Management at Deutsche Bank, where I was also responsible for ESG-related topics and served on the Sustainability Committee.Currently based in London, I joined JPMorgan Chase in 2023 as Internal Audit Manager, covering Risk Management for Asset and Wealth Management in EMEA. Since June 2025, I have taken on a new challenge as AI Strategy Manager, contributing to enterprise-wide initiatives to embed Responsible Artificial Intelligence across the firm.In 2022, I completed the Executive Master in Finance at SDA Bocconi, with a focus on Sustainability and Banking Transformation. In April 2025, I was honoured to be selected among the Nova recognised as the vertical winner of the Banking vertical.Throughout my career, I have developed expertise in methodologies and processes across a wide range of risks affecting both retail and investment banking businesses. I have led projects covering financial and operational risk management for Corporate and Investment Banking and Private Banking (Milan, Munich, Dublin, Shanghai, Switzerland, and Luxembourg), as well as Treasury and Liquidity Risk Management (Athens, Malta, Rome).I am passionate about emerging technologies, innovation, and interdisciplinary thinking, and I strive to combine diverse experiences to drive transformation and create meaningful impact.
