My core focus is on creating a comprehensive and adaptive EHS framework that is not only aligned with global regulatory standards but also deeply integrated into our business strategy. I partner with a wide range of internal stakeholders and external consultants to design and implement programs that protect our people and support our company\'s mission.My key responsibilities include:Global Strategy & Program Oversight: I lead the development of our global EHS strategy, ensuring it is universally embraced while remaining sensitive to local needs. My work involves designing and maintaining a compliant and effective EHS program across all international operations.Risk Mitigation & Collaboration: I am responsible for assessing workplace safety risks, developing robust mitigation plans, and fostering collaboration across all safety and security functions. This includes providing guidance on persistent health risks, such as communicable diseases, and spearheading our company\'s preparedness and response strategies.Regulatory Leadership: I maintain expertise in a wide range of international EHS regulations (e.g, U.S. OSHA, UK HSE, Germany BMAS, and Mexican STPS) and partner with our teams to ensure these standards are integrated into our daily practices.Incident Management & Training: I oversee incident investigations to drive root cause analysis and lead the design of tailored training programs, empowering our teams to actively manage and mitigate operational risks.My work is centered on building a globally consistent safety culture through strategic direction and collaborative partnership, ultimately creating a safe and secure workplace for everyone at Qualtrics.
