Dan leads all real estate investment activities at Pacific Reach including sourcing, negotiating, and execution of acquisition opportunities, asset management of commercial and residential properties, in addition to developing capital deployment strategies within the publicly traded REIT universe. Dan brings 12 years of experience in real estate investment, asset management, development, and capital markets and has been directly involved in over $3.5 Billion in transactions across North America. His areas of expertise include multifamily and commercial real estate, hospitality, and senior housing. Dan is an active member of the Urban Land Institute (ULI), NAIOP, Urban Development Institute (UDI), and the Gastown Business Improvement Society. Dan graduated from the University of British Columbia, earning his Bachelor of Commerce (Honours) with specializations in Accounting and Real Estate Finance
