Responsible for the overall management, fund-raising, finances and day-to-day operations of the Pittsburgh Vintage Grand Prix - the nation\'s largest vintage street race event. Inspire, lead, facilitate cooperation, guide and direct the teams in setting and achieving the highest standards of excellence and goals of hosting a world class event while making a significant donation to our charity partners. Work closely with the Executive Committee and subcommittees to achieve organizational goals.1. Represent and communicate the shared values and mission of the organization to various persons, groups and news media via presentations and communications2. Establish and maintain strong working relationships with government, civic and business leaders.3. Work closely with the Board of Directors to raise sufficient funds for our charity partners.4. Facilitate cooperation with others, including Board Members, Operating Committee Members, volunteers, and the individuals and communities served.5. Responsible for the marketing/communications functions, including creating and producing print, broadcast and electronic communications, as well as establishing contacts with these industries to solicit donated services.
