About Dan Delaney
I serve as Managing Partner of HealthScape Advisors, a Chartis company, and am a member of the Chartis Executive Leadership Team. I am accountable for the strategic direction, performance, and growth of our payer advisory business.Over the past 15+ years, I have helped build HealthScape from a startup into a national consultancy serving more than 300 healthcare organizations. We partner with regional and national payers, Blues plans, provider-sponsored health plans, and federal contractors to drive measurable improvement in margin, growth, operational performance, and strategic positioning.My work centers on enterprise and line-of-business strategy, business model transformation, and sustainable performance improvement across Medicare Advantage, Medicaid, ACA, commercial, and federal markets. I advise executive teams on growth, diversification, operating and economic model evolution, and long-term competitive positioning in an increasingly complex payer landscape.I began my career in the healthcare practices of Arthur Andersen and Huron Consulting Group. I hold an MBA from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business and a bachelor’s degree in finance from the University of Notre Dame.Outside of work, I live in the Chicago area with my wife and two children and remain a loyal Pittsburgh Steelers fan.
