I have a bias for action. As Franklin D. Roosevelt once said: “Do something. If it works, do more of it. If it doesn’t, do something else.” The arc of my career has been based on action and an unquenchable thirst to learn new things. Consistent throughout that arc has been a focus on relationship building and community service.Executive Leadership: Experience recruiting, training, supervising and evaluating C-level and department-level staff and dotted-line team members. Fundraising: Have created, implemented and monitored successful Annual Fund, Lapsed Donor, and New Donor Acquisition Campaigns as well as Capital, Endowment & Combined Campaigns.
