I’m an operator and executive leader with a career spanning manufacturing and distribution, focused on building strong teams, driving execution, and helping people do their best work.Most of my career was spent in manufacturing, where I learned the importance of discipline, process, and accountability in environments where results are visible every day. That foundation shaped how I lead, how I communicate, and how I think about performance, cost, and execution.Today, as President of a distribution and supply‑chain business, I apply that background in servicing our manufacturing customers. Having operated on both sides of the value chain gives me a practical, end‑to‑end perspective and a deep appreciation for the real challenges teams face on the ground.Throughout my career, I’ve been trusted with increasing responsibility—leading organizations through growth, complexity, and change. I’m especially strong in communication and in teaching others how to lead, with a focus on mentoring leaders and building leadership teams that know how to develop capable, engaged teams of their own.My philosophy on leadership development is simple: great leaders don’t just deliver results themselves—they build teams of people who can succeed long after they move on.I care deeply about the people I work with and the teams I lead.
