As the Chief Growth Officer at ChenMed, a leading value based care provider, I spearhead the development and execution of the company\'s growth. With 25 years of experience in the healthcare industry, I have a proven track record of driving growth, leveraging my expertise in strategy and M&A, to accelerate value creation and market reach.Prior to joining ChenMed, I served as the Chief Development Officer at United Derm Partners, a physician practice management company specialized in dermatology, where I successfully led acquisitions of dermatology groups and growth of new centers, resulting in increased scale, revenue, and profitability. I also held leadership roles at Surgical Care Affiliates, a surgery center manager, and Aetna, a health insurance company, where I led various initiatives to enhance value creation and operational excellence. Additionally, I began my career in finance, having worked as an investment associate at CCP Equity Partners, a private equity firm, and before that as an investment banking analyst at JPMorgan. I hold an MBA from the Yale School of Management and a BS in Management Science from MIT.
