Develops and implements a talent development strategy and plan that meets the needs of current and future roles, ensuring quality, cost effectiveness and efficient process • Advises Senior Management on the overall direction of the talent development strategy, guidelines and procedures concerning talent development best practices, systems and methodology • Leads awareness of the talent development strategy across all home office divisions, service locations and new ventures • Develops and advances a comprehensive best-in-class leadership and team development programs • Partners in shaping the Insights strategy and contributes to deployment at BCAA • Leads the succession planning process (including talent scans, talent mapping and career development programs) • Advances the culture roadmap • Develops a new hire on-boarding program to ensure new hires and leaders are provided on boarding in a timely manner, to build engagement and set expectations • Leads the annual engagement survey and continuous listening program • Leads and shapes recognition programs (including LOS, GEM, Bravo) to ensure they remain current and impactful • Brings innovation to the team to ensure BCAA’s maintains a progressive approach to talent development • Provides expertise on talent development, learning methodology and learning technology best practices, stays current on long term market trends and forecasts, and plans accordingly
